If you requested a book, DVD, or sound recording, you will receive an e-mail from the library "Circulation Department" telling you that the item has arrived, and where you can pick it up.
If you requested an article, there will be a link in the e-mail. When you click on it, it will take you into the ILL system. Log in with your Bates username and password (the same as if checking your email). When you are in the system, look for "Electronically Received Articles." Click on the number next to the title of the article, and your document should open as a PDF.
