Q. How do I report a broken link or denied access?

If it's during our regular Reference hours definitely contact us  for immediate help.

If not, then please write us an email (researchlibrarians@bates.edu) so we can eventually solve the issue.  Let us know if you are a Bates community member or not, because there are resources that non-members cannot access.
