If you ordered a book, DVD, or sound recording, you will receive an e-mail from the library "Circulation Department" telling you that the item has arrived, and where you can pick it up.
If you ordered an electronic article, there will be a link in the e-mail. When you click on it, it will take you into the ILL system. Log in like you're checking your e-mail. When you are in the system, select the link that says "View/Download Electronically Received Articles." Click on the number next to the title of the article, and your document should open as a PDF.
